Capabilities Beisser Engineering Consultants, formed in 1986, provides professional engineering consulting services, primarily mechanical engineering, to architects, facility managers, and building owners.
Our present staff consists of professional and administrative personnel. The firm's principal, Mr. Kenneth T. Beisser, is a licensed mechanical engineer in the States of California and Hawaii and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Beisser has over 30 years experience in private and public sector consulting providing mechanical engineering design, engineering operations, and administration.
We presently have sufficient staff to provide engineering services as are required. If it is anticipated that our project load may become strained, we have engineering and designer/drafter consultants who have provided services for our firm for a number of years and their skills are compatible with our own staff.

These 35 year old boilers at UC Santa Barbara were inefficient and costly to maintain. Once engineering contract documents were made and a bidding contractor selected, they were removed and new boilers installed in 15 days!
The new Boilers in the sixth story penthouse have the building occupants working in a comfortable environment again.
